We cover Greater Copenhagen, Roskilde, Køge and large parts of North Zealand. Delivery takes place every Sunday directly to your address within our delivery area.

We deliver every Sunday between 9 am and 5 pm directly to your door - with live tracking and SMS updates.

Delivery costs 69 kr.

For that price you get:

  • Delivery of meals for a whole week
  • Delivered in a cool box

We are responsible for the entire delivery ourselves and do not use external shipping companies.

If you are close to an area we already cover, we can in some cases open up faster.

No, you don't have to be home.

We deliver directly to your front door – even if you live in an apartment or building. Our driver will call and try to get in touch with you.

If you are not at home:

  • We will call you.
  • We are trying to get into the hallway.
  • We can contact neighbors if possible.

If we cannot gain access, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we can place the meals in a safe place.

We always store the food safely and send photo documentation via your tracking link.

Yes.

We always deliver right to your front door – even in apartment buildings.

We do not deliver to the curb or in front of the building.

However, it is important that we can access the stairs. We do not receive keys or access tokens, so please make sure:

  • Correct name for doorphone
  • Illuminated floor and side
  • That we can enter the time period 9–17

We always do our best to get in.

You will receive a total of up to 3 SMS messages in connection with your delivery.

1️⃣ When the route is ready (Thursday or Friday at the latest)

You will receive an SMS with an estimated delivery time and your personal tracking link.

In the link you can:

  • See your estimated time range
  • Follow your order
  • See status updates

2️⃣ When the route starts on the day of delivery

You will receive a new SMS with a more precise delivery time.

The tracking link updates automatically so you can follow the driver live.

3️⃣ When the food is delivered

You will receive a confirmation SMS and image documentation will appear in your tracking link.

Each customer receives a unique link so you can always track your delivery.

We are responsible for all the logistics ourselves.

This means:

  • Own drivers
  • Own cars
  • Full control over quality
  • No transshipment by third parties

That is why we can guarantee high delivery quality and proper handling of your meals.

The meals are delivered in coolers with cooling elements.

They stay cold for several hours after delivery.

However, we recommend that you refrigerate them as soon as possible.
